Test for WAP post…

注：用手机登录WAP页面（wap.asp）发布日志，中文信息统统乱码…英文正常。应该是WAP页面表单提交数据的字符集不是utf-8（可能是GB2312）。

不过WAP功能很少会用，暂时也米时间修正这个中文乱码问题。过段时间闲暇时再鼓捣吧~
